Who I am
Nearly three decades of experience in debt and asset recovery.
I’ve practiced law in Miami since 1997. In my own firm, Maurice Castellanos, P.A., I protect the rights of individuals and businesses across Personal Injury, Creditors’ Rights, Business Law, and Real Estate Law.
My practice has a strong focus on high-stakes Personal Injury litigation, including complex toxic exposure cases such as mesothelioma. Alongside injury representation, I handle debt and asset recovery from start to finish — post-judgment garnishment, replevin, seizure, and domestication of judgments — as well as commercial disputes, real estate transactions, and insurance claims.
Earlier, as an associate at a Miami firm, I built this extensive trial and recovery experience while training other attorneys on legal procedure. Whether fighting for victims of serious injury or securing financial recovery, the goal remains the same: turning complex legal claims into tangible results and real financial compensation for you.
