Who I am
Nearly three decades of experience in debt and asset recovery.
I’ve practiced law in Miami since 1997. In my own firm, Maurice Castellanos, P.A., I handled debt and asset recovery from start to finish — post-judgment garnishment, replevin, seizure, and domestication of judgments — along with complex commercial litigation, real estate, and insurance disputes.
Earlier, as an associate at a Miami firm, I built that same recovery and commercial-litigation experience and trained other attorneys on procedure. The work has always come down to one thing: turning a judgment on paper into money in your hands.
I’m fully bilingual in English and Spanish, so nothing gets lost between you and your case.
